[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Geochang-gun, Gyeongnam Province, is accepting applications for the 2024 Agricultural, Forestry, Livestock, and Food projects until February 27.
The eligible projects include a total of 197 agricultural, forestry, livestock, and food projects such as the Basic Public Interest Direct Payment Project, Farmers' Safety Disaster Insurance, Rural Space Maintenance Project, Distribution Facility Modernization, Support for Activation of Excellent Livestock Product Brands, Livestock Manure Treatment Support Project, and GAP Safety Analysis Support Project.
Farmers and producer organizations wishing to carry out agricultural, forestry, livestock, and food projects with government support in 2024 should apply to the relevant departments in the county office, such as the Agricultural Technology Center and Forestry Division, or the town and township offices within the application period according to each project.
Detailed support conditions, qualifications, and methods can be found in the Agricultural Project Implementation Guidelines posted on the Agricultural Project Information System or by inquiring at the application reception offices. Application forms are available at the project departments and town and township offices.
After the application deadline, Geochang-gun will select the 2024 projects through a detailed review by sector and the County Agricultural, Rural, and Food Industry Policy Deliberation Committee, and then submit the applications to Gyeongsangnam-do.
