[Gochang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jaegil] Jeonbuk Gochang-gun is conducting the ‘2023 Apartment Management Support Project’.
According to the county on the 25th, this project was promoted to create a clean and safe residential environment and to improve convenience for residents.
The target apartment complexes for the project are sale apartments that have passed the usage inspection and are over 10 years old. Repair works such as building painting, roads within the complex, parking lots, retaining walls, and cut slopes can be carried out to manage the safety of the apartment complex and maintain common facilities.
This year’s apartment management support project budget is 160 million KRW, and the project will be carried out for 8 complexes.
Apartment complexes wishing to apply for the project should submit the apartment management support application form and required documents (refer to the Gochang-gun website notice) by the 10th of next month to the Residential Welfare Team at the County Office General Civil Service Office or the Eup/Myeon Office.
Since 2019, the county has been conducting projects such as sidewalk block repairs and rooftop waterproofing within apartment complexes, receiving positive responses from residents such as “the apartments have become cleaner” and “it has become a better place to live.”
A county official said, “We will strive to improve the residential environment of deteriorated old apartment complexes and create a comfortable living space where residents can live safely.”
