A Magnitude 2.5 Earthquake Occurs Northeast of Yeongdeok, Gyeongbuk...KMA Says "No Damage Expected"

[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] The Korea Meteorological Administration announced that at 1:37 PM on the 21st, an earthquake with a magnitude of 2.5 occurred in the sea area 24 km northeast of Yeongdeok-gun, Gyeongbuk.


The epicenter is located at 36.46 degrees north latitude and 129.63 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 15 km. The Korea Meteorological Administration analyzes that there is unlikely to be any damage caused by this earthquake.
