[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Seoyun] KOSDAQ-listed company GW Vitec announced on the 20th that its subsidiary Cureable will acquire 170 shares of vaccine manufacturing and distribution company Pharmabio Tech Global for 8.5 billion KRW.
After the stock acquisition, Cureable's stake in Pharmabio Tech Global will be 8.5%.
The company stated that the purpose of this stock acquisition is "to participate in vaccine manufacturing technology transfer and to enter the vaccine manufacturing and sales business."
