[Gurye=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yuk Miseok] On the 20th, Gurye-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that it has successfully concluded a public dialogue with residents to present the first vision of the 8th elected administration and to gather residents' difficulties and suggestions.

County Governor Kim Sun-ho visited Ganjeon-myeon and Toji-myeon on the 13th, Gurye-eup and Gwangui-myeon on the 16th, Yongbang-myeon and Sandong-myeon on the 17th, and Muncheok-myeon and Masan-myeon on the 19th, listening directly to local residents' voices, presenting the vision of the 8th elected administration, and engaging in candid conversations with the residents.

In particular, the 8th elected administration's government report was presented via PowerPoint to help residents better understand and empathize with the administration. Immediate responses were given regarding residents' suggestions, and for projects that could not be pursued due to legal constraints, detailed explanations were provided to seek understanding, carefully addressing the valuable opinions of the residents.

Going forward, a total of 177 suggestions from residents will be comprehensively reviewed and promoted through on-site verification by the relevant departments, with urgent matters being addressed from the residents' perspective to the fullest extent possible.

Governor Kim Sun-ho said, "Through this first public dialogue with residents of the 8th elected administration, we were able to hear many valuable voices from the residents," adding, "We will actively reflect the suggestions in the administration, and not only the suggestions from the dialogue but also even the small voices of the residents will be listened to carefully as we strive for the development of the administration."
