Sempio Launches Nationwide Specialty Food Travel Series... "This Time, Daejeon and Gangneung" Sempio 'Daejeon-style Tofu Duruchigi Sauce' 'Gangneung-style Braised Tofu Sauce'

Sempio announced on the 20th that it has released the Daejeon and Gangneung editions as part of its nationwide delicacy travel series.


The newly released 'Daejeon-style Tofu Duruchigi Sauce' and 'Gangneung-style Braised Tofu Sauce' are part of Sempio's existing nationwide delicacy travel series. Sempio has previously introduced seven types of braised and stir-fried sauces, including Andong Jjimdak Sauce, Chuncheon Dakgalbi Sauce, and Busan Jagalchi Braised Mackerel Sauce.


The Daejeon-style Tofu Duruchigi Sauce allows you to enjoy the spicy flavors of Daejeon's famous food alleys. The spicy and sharp seasoning is simmered with tofu until just right. By adding perilla leaves and udon noodles to the leftover sauce, you can enjoy another delicacy.


The Gangneung-style Braised Tofu Sauce contains the braised tofu seasoning that you would taste in Gangneung’s tofu village in one pack. It delivers a deep umami flavor with anchovy broth and cooking essence Yeondu, enhanced with the rich aroma of sesame oil.
