First Half Year Sales Strategy Meeting Held

[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Lee Young-jong, CEO of Shinhan Life, announced that he will establish a virtuous cycle system that eliminates various inefficiencies and reinvests to leap into the top two in the insurance industry.
CEO Lee emphasized this during four business group first-half sales strategy meetings held from the 12th to the 18th.
He proposed measures to strengthen on-site support focusing on three key areas: sales, products, and customers. First, to enhance the competitiveness of agents and activate sales, they plan to promote efficient distribution of customer data, strengthen marketing support, and expand loyalty programs for customers and agents. Additionally, alongside launching competitive new products, they will form a dedicated team for marketing strategies and introduce differentiated services to increase satisfaction from potential customers to excellent customers.
CEO Lee said, "As part of the business innovation strategy, we will eliminate various inefficiencies not only in sales channels but throughout the entire company, and reinvest the saved costs into sales to establish a virtuous cycle system," adding, "Let headquarters and the field unite as one to pursue growth based on customer trust."
