In the northern inland and Gangwon mountain areas where a cold wave advisory is in effect, morning temperatures will drop to -15°C, making it very cold, so health management should be taken seriously.

The daytime high temperature is forecast to be between 0 and 7°C, with Seoul expected to reach 2°C.

Fine dust concentration is expected to be 'bad' in Gyeonggi Province, Yeongseo region of Gangwon, Sejong, and Chungbuk, and 'moderate' in other regions.

However, Seoul, Incheon, Chungnam, and Jeonbuk are expected to have temporarily 'bad' levels in the morning and at night.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.

Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea and South Sea.
