[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Seryeong] Workers of the Mart Industry Labor Union of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions Service Federation in the Gyeongnam region opposed the change of mandatory weekday closures for large marts.

On the 17th, they held a press conference in front of the main gate of the Gyeongnam Provincial Government Office, stating, "Do not take away the only two Sundays a month," and argued, "Instead, the mandatory closures should be increased from twice a month to four times a month."
