When establishing the second factory in 2021, Coloray focused on continuous investment and management of advanced intelligent and automated equipment. The company enhanced operational efficiency by concentrating on synergy within the production line and information digitalization, striving to perfectly build a digitalized, networked, and intelligent production model.
Currently, the second factory realizes visible management throughout the entire product manufacturing process, from production management to integration and analysis of information system data. It enables management at all stages including design, manufacturing, quality, and logistics.
