Daebo Construction Wins Bucheon Saebomia Apartment Street Housing Maintenance Project

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] Daebo Construction announced on the 16th that it has been selected as the contractor for the Saebomia Apartment Street Housing Maintenance Project in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province.

Located in the 397 area of Gokang-dong, Bucheon, this site will be reborn through street housing maintenance as a building with 2 basement floors and 12 above-ground floors, totaling 100 households. The construction cost is 25.2 billion KRW, and the construction period is 22 months from the start date.

Daebo Construction, which has grown mainly through public construction projects, launched the apartment brand 'HouseD' in 2014 and has since focused its capabilities on urban maintenance projects. In 2021, it secured 3 maintenance projects, and last year, 5 projects.
