Legoland Hotel, Traditional Culture Experience Event for Seollal Celebration

Legoland Hotel announced on the 16th that it has prepared various events for children and families to enjoy until the 24th, including traditional culture experiences, traditional game tournaments, gifts, and special holiday menus in celebration of the Lunar New Year.

First, for children who rarely have the opportunity to experience traditional games, a Tuho and Jegichagi tournament will be held. The tournaments will take place daily during the four-day Lunar New Year holiday, and winners of each competition will receive a small prize prepared by Legoland Hotel.

There will also be a traditional culture experience program. To help children experience and understand Korea's unique culture, opportunities to make and wear hanbok and jokduri will be provided. The New Year’s children’s experience event can be reserved at the 2nd-floor desk and is free to participate in.

All visitors during the Lunar New Year holiday will receive a colorful lucky pouch containing the energy of the Year of the Rabbit and yakgwa (traditional Korean honey cookies) as a gift. The Bricks Family Restaurant on the 2nd floor will offer a special Lunar New Year menu until the 24th. In addition to traditional holiday foods such as tteokguk, sujeonggwa, sikhye, and jeon, traditional sweets like yakgwa, chapssal yugwa, and yanggaeng have been added.

Lee Soon-gyu, President of Legoland Korea Resort, said, "To celebrate the Year of the Rabbit Lunar New Year, we planned this event to bring the atmosphere and joy of the holiday to family visitors who chose to visit Legoland Hotel instead of traveling home." He added, "We will continue to provide differentiated experiences and services to customers by utilizing seasonal themes, including holidays."
