On the 16th, the Korean Film Council announced that it will showcase eighty-seven independent films through Indiground. Indiground is an online library that carefully selects and screens domestic feature-length and short independent and art films. It was established by the Korean Film Council to improve distribution and circulation environments. In the contest held last year, 742 films were submitted, including 119 feature-length and 623 short films. The Council selected eighty-seven films, including twenty-two feature-length and sixty-five short films. These will be available for viewing through an online theater for ten days starting from the 20th. Titles include "Social Distancing (2021)", "If Not With Me (2021)", "Nice to See Your Face (2022)", "Jaechun Unnie (2020)", "Vacation (2020)", "Taeil (2021)", "Action Hero (2021)", and "Girl with Megalomania (2021)". The selection committee stated, "The works are composed of pieces that break prejudices and contain various kinds of fun and meaning." Admission is free.
