The Born Korea Yeondon Bolkatsu Introduces '3 Types of Handmade Donkatsu Set Meals'

The three new menu items reflect Yeondon Bolkatsu's unique frying expertise to fully enjoy the natural flavor of high-quality pork. The set meals, featuring mini cutlets, cabbage salad, and potato salad, are designed for convenient and easy enjoyment anytime, anywhere without burden.

The 'Whole Loin Cutlet Set Meal' features a thick piece of pork loin about 15cm long, cut in a straight line and fried whole into a crispy whole loin stick cutlet, offering a pleasant texture and tender meat quality. Especially, it uses pork with a perfect balance of lean meat and fat, providing rich meat juice and the crispy texture of the bread crumbs.

The 'Whole Tenderloin Cutlet Set Meal' boasts a crispy yet mild flavor by frying carefully selected domestic Han-don tenderloin pieces into flat, round shapes.

The 'Assorted Cutlet Set Meal' includes whole loin stick cutlet, whole tenderloin cutlet, and bite-sized ball cutlets, offering the fun of choosing and enjoying various options.
