Gwanak-gu to Hold ‘Sharing Blessings’ Event on Gwanak-gu Office Instagram from the 16th to the 29th for Lunar New Year, Offering Bakery Gift Certificates

Warmth Shared and Resident Communication Activated through SNS Blessings Event

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Gwanak-gu (Mayor Park Jun-hee) will hold an SNS event starting from the 16th on the Gwanak-gu Office Instagram, where residents can share blessings with family, friends, and others through comments to celebrate the Year of the Rabbit.

Every New Year, people exchange ‘deokdam’?words of blessings and wishes for the fulfillment of hopes?with neighbors, relatives, and friends.

The district has created a promotional post on SNS to allow residents to easily and conveniently send messages wishing each other well for the year and to those they cherish. Residents can share their blessings in the comments and participate in a drawing to receive gifticons.

This event will run for two weeks until the 29th. Participants must follow the Gwanak-gu Instagram account, leave a blessing comment on the event post, and upload a verification photo via a Naver Form. The district will randomly select 100 winners from the blessing comments to receive bakery gifticons worth approximately 10,000 KRW. Winners will be announced on February 1st on Gwanak-gu’s official blog and other SNS channels.

Additionally, reflecting the district’s high proportion of young residents, Gwanak-gu shares key administrative news through stylish photos and trendy posts on Instagram, which is popular among the younger generation.

Moreover, the district actively utilizes KakaoTalk, blogs, Facebook, KakaoStory, YouTube, and Danggeun Market to maintain lively two-way communication.
