Gyeongnam Central Credit Cooperative Chairman Kim Jong-yeol Receives Commendation Plaque from Korea Productivity Center President

Kim Jong-yeol, Chairman of Gyeongnam Central Credit Union, received a plaque of appreciation from the President of the Korea Productivity Center.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Song Jong-gu] Kim Jong-yeol, Chairman of Gyeongnam Central Credit Union, received the President's Commendation Plaque from the Korea Productivity Center for educational contributors and volunteers in 2022.

Chairman Kim has consistently practiced consideration for neighbors and fostered a society of mutual support by personally providing scholarships to students in difficult circumstances who need help.

At the end of last year, he made continuous efforts to establish the credit union as an organization that gives back to the local community by sponsoring heating mats, kimchi for kimjang, and rice to underprivileged groups such as disadvantaged neighbors and people with disabilities in the area.

Chairman Kim said, “I will continue to maintain steady interest in places that need help and make relentless efforts with a proactive attitude based on the fundamental principles of credit unions.”
