[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] GFFG announced on the 12th that it will launch a new brand, ‘Bakery Blair,’ and officially open its first Jamsil store in Bangi-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul on the 16th.
‘Blair’ is a bakery-style cafe that the whole family can enjoy, expressing a warm and cozy mood based on the story of a family living in Paris, France. It was planned with the story of a fashion designer mother who enjoys baking as a hobby opening a bakery on the lower floor of her family home at the request of neighbors. Especially, Bakery Blair features an interior that looks like a Parisian home, including a fireplace, children’s desks and chairs. The setting is designed as if a mother, father, daughter, son, and pet dog live together.
The store consists of three floors including a rooftop. The first floor bakery is designed as a cafe where all kinds of bread and beverages can be ordered. The second floor, themed as the family’s residence, is furnished with modern French furniture, a fireplace, and a playroom, giving the feeling of visiting a local French home. The open rooftop offers a view of Bangi-dong.
The signature menu is diversified from daily bakery items that allow you to taste the original flavor of the ingredients to unique selections. In addition to basic items such as ▲baguette ▲campagne ▲mini bread, there are also ▲gugelhupf cake ▲cream-filled pastries ▲English muffins. Specially developed beverages such as the ‘Marron Cream Latte’ are also available.
Lee Junbeom, CEO of GFFG, said, “We invite you to a special space themed around the story of the Blair family living in Paris, France,” and added, “In addition to food and beverages, we will also introduce various signature goods designed in-house, such as French-style cutlery, eco bags, and baguette bags.”
