After discussing future business directions, Moon Heon-il, Mayor of Guro-gu, and Han Yong-gu, President of Shinhan Bank, who attended the agreement ceremony, held a free delivery event by Love Riders in front of the district office entrance to commemorate the agreement.
With the slogan “Guro Ttaenggyeoyo, Start!”, when Mayor Moon Heon-il and President Han Yong-gu pressed the start button, the riders began free snack deliveries to local children’s centers.

Donation of 6,502,000 KRW Raised by 76 Children and Childcare Staff at Dongdaemun-gu Public Daycare Centers
Dongdaemun-gu (Mayor Lee Pil-hyung) announced on the morning of the 11th that the Dongdaemun-gu Public Daycare Center Association (President Cha Seung-hwan) donated 6,502,000 KRW as a warm winter fund.
The donation ceremony was held in the first-floor lobby of the district office with the attendance of Lee Pil-hyung, Mayor of Dongdaemun-gu, Cha Seung-hwan, President of the Dongdaemun-gu Public Daycare Center Association, and 75 related personnel.
On this day, the Dongdaemun-gu Public Daycare Center Association delivered the precious donation of 6,502,000 KRW, raised by children and childcare staff from 76 public daycare centers in the district, with a request to distribute it to those in need. The fund is planned to be used to support neighbors in need, including low-income families, elderly living alone, people with disabilities, and children in the district.
Lee Pil-hyung, Mayor of Dongdaemun-gu, expressed gratitude, saying, “I thank the Dongdaemun-gu Public Daycare Center Association for sharing their warm hearts for neighbors during the cold winter,” and added, “We will ensure the donation is delivered to the places where it is most needed to help neighbors facing difficulties.”

Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon-gu, held the ‘2023 Hope Ondol Warm Winter Fund Donation Ceremony’ with the Seoul Nowon-gu Saemaul Leaders Association at the mayor’s office at 10:30 a.m. on the 11th.
On this day, the Saemaul Leaders Association delivered 1,500,000 KRW collected by its members, hoping it would help neighbors in need.
The ceremony was attended by Mayor Oh Seung-rok, President Hwang Du-moon, vice presidents, treasurer, auditors, and others, and proceeded with the fund delivery, participant greetings, and commemorative photo session.
