Taeyoung Construction Opens Recruitment Window Wide Until the 25th

Taeyoung Construction is conducting an open recruitment for regular full-time new graduates and experienced employees this year. The recruitment categories are divided into new graduates and experienced professionals.

The new graduate recruitment categories include △Civil Engineering Estimation △Urban Renewal △Accounting △IT △Architectural Construction △Mechanical △Electrical, and the eligibility criteria are △Graduates or expected graduates by February 2023 from related departments of four-year universities (domestic or abroad) (immediately available for work) △Preference given to holders of relevant certifications.

The experienced employee recruitment categories include △Civil Engineering △Architectural Construction △Mechanical △Electrical △Site Management △Overseas Construction △Overseas Business △Environmental Plant △Civil Engineering Sales △Architectural Sales △Urban Renewal △Private Investment Projects △Environmental Business Development △IT (Planning) △IT (Infra) △Legal Affairs, and the eligibility criteria are △Sufficient experience in the respective job △Graduates from related departments of four-year universities (domestic or abroad) △Preference given to holders of relevant certifications △For overseas construction, preference given to those proficient in foreign languages (English).

For both new graduates and experienced employees, national veterans and discharged officers are given preference. The selection process proceeds in the order of document screening, practical interview, executive interview, and final acceptance.
