[Asia Economy Reporter Noh Kyung-jo] The Gyeryong Construction Consortium announced on the 11th that it completed contracts for Gapcheon 2 Trifull City Eliph, located in Wonsinhung-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon (Gapcheon District Block 2), on the 5th. The sale was completed within 11 days, including contracts with backup winners for 62 households whose winning bids were canceled due to ineligibility after the official contract began.
Gapcheon 2 Trifull City Eliph consists of 15 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, with a total of 936 households and exclusive areas of 84 to 122㎡. Among them, public sales include ▲84㎡A 216 households ▲84㎡B 258 households, and private sales include ▲119㎡A 145 households ▲119㎡B 139 households ▲119㎡C 80 households ▲119㎡D 80 households ▲122㎡ 18 households.
During the first-priority subscription on the 18th of last month, a total of 47,055 applicants competed for 474 households (excluding special supply), recording an average competition rate of 99.27 to 1. The highest competition rate was 253.28 to 1 for 84㎡A.
The complex is located in Yuseong-gu, the central area of Daejeon, with well-established living infrastructure and residential environment. It offers a permanent view of Gapcheon and is close to the planned Doan Ecological Lake Park, Gapcheon, Dosolsan, and Oknyobong Sports Park. Homeplus, Megabox, NC Department Store, Galleria Department Store, and E-Mart Traders are also conveniently accessible.
Regarding transportation, Doandong-ro and the planned Wolpyeong-Doan connecting road are nearby, making it easy to access Yuseong IC and the Honam Expressway branch by car. Once the Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2 tram station is built near the complex, transfers to Lines 1 and 2 will be possible directly via Yuseong Oncheon Station.
The educational environment includes Wonsinhung Elementary, Wonsinhung Middle, Daejeon Physical Education Middle and High Schools, and Doan High School within a 1 km radius, allowing for walking commutes. Additionally, the proximity to the planned Doan Ecological Lake Park, Gapcheon, Dosolsan, and Oknyobong Sports Park offers a pleasant natural environment.
Specialized designs are also applied. The complex is mainly south-facing with a 4-bay structure (except for some types), which is advantageous for lighting and ventilation. It consists only of medium to large-sized units, maximizing space utilization. Parking spaces are provided at about two per household, exceeding the legal standard.
A sales official said, “This is the last large complex to be sold in the Gapcheon District of Yuseong-gu, and it attracted much attention because it includes both public and private sales. Having succeeded in early sell-out, we will repay expectations with sincere construction.” The expected move-in date is December 2025.
