Seoul Shilla Hotel Hosts Wine Party 'Holiday Winery'

Seoul Shilla Hotel announced on the 11th that it will hold a ‘Holiday Winery’ event for three days starting from the 21st in the grand banquet hall, Dynasty Hall, where guests can enjoy jazz performances along with wine and marriage pairings.

The grand banquet hall where this event will take place is approximately 1,130㎡ (340 pyeong) in size, decorated with dinner tables, magnificent chandeliers, softly glowing lights, and candles that evoke the atmosphere of a banquet scene from a movie. The exotic ambiance is enhanced by various marriage pairings and sweet jazz performances, allowing guests to create joyful memories for the New Year.

The Holiday Winery will feature a six-member live jazz performance. Composed of piano, contrabass, jazz guitar, drums, saxophone, and trumpet, the repertoire will be carefully selected popular jazz music to fill the Dynasty Hall.

The Holiday Winery will offer about 10 types of wine and marriage pairings. The marriage pairings consist of Seoul Shilla Hotel’s signature menu items, including cheese plates, cocktail shrimp, tenderloin chop steak, grilled salmon, homemade sausage, and sweet desserts.

This year, to celebrate the Year of the Rabbit, a special event featuring rabbits has been organized. Among the 10 types of wine served at the wine party, two wines?red and white?from ‘Gentle Rabbit,’ famous for its rabbit label, have been prepared to mark the 2023 Year of the Rabbit. Additionally, all guests entering the wine party will receive a ‘2023 Year of the Rabbit Edition Shilla Bear.’ The ‘2023 Year of the Rabbit Edition Shilla Bear’ is a Shilla Bear wearing a rabbit hat, provided exclusively to wine party attendees, enhancing its collectible value.

The Holiday Winery will be held from the 21st to the 23rd, starting at 7 p.m. for two hours, with the jazz performance running for one hour from 7:30 p.m.
