Lotte Department Store announced on the 11th that it will present the visual theme "Jump Up" to convey New Year's hope messages until the 9th of next month.

This visual theme features the participation of graphic artist Chae Byeong-rok, who is famous for expressing the beauty of traditional Korean art with a modern sensibility. The design reinterprets the image of a rabbit from folk paintings in a contemporary way and has been applied to the department store's entrances, banners, flags, advertisements, and the department store application (app). In front of the main store, a 10-meter-tall "giant rabbit" sculpture and a "Jump Up" letter sculpture were installed together.

At the Lotte Department Store Gallery, various exhibitions embodying New Year's hopes are being showcased. From the 13th of this month to March 2nd, the main store and AvenueL will respectively hold the "Sijeon" and "The Great Outdoor Exhibition." In particular, the AvenueL exhibition captures the joy of outdoor activities and features four artists, including Yoon Sang-yoon, well known as an ambidextrous painter, as well as Kim Kyung-min, Kim Ji-gu, and artist Kimi.

The Incheon branch gallery is hosting the "Dear Future Me Exhibition." This exhibition is designed to reflect on the meaning of life and imagine messages to parents, children, lovers, and oneself ten years from now. A total of five artists, including Noi Shin, Lee Gok, and RK Han, participate, offering a bright and lively atmosphere through illustrations, paintings, and drawings.

A representative of Lotte Department Store said, "We have strived to enhance empathy with customers by delivering New Year's hope messages through art," adding, "We hope visitors gain a sense of hope throughout the department store, where art harmonizes with stores and galleries."
