On this day, about 800 Poshmark employees attended both offline and online from various cities in the US, as well as from Australia and India. The CEO introduced Naver's philosophy and business and shared the vision and integration direction after the acquisition.
CEO Choi opened by saying, “Naver has created an ecosystem where numerous entrepreneurs and creators are active, from Smart Store to webtoons and blogs. Since Poshmark is a platform where various sellers gather, we share the philosophy and value of diversity.”
She continued, “If Poshmark maintains its unique brand identity built over time while collaborating with Naver, the synergy of Naver’s technology and business will be added, and we expect to quickly establish ourselves as ‘one team.’”
During the event, there was a Q&A session with Poshmark employees regarding plans after integration, business strategies, and corporate culture. They also demonstrated Posh Lens, which applies Naver’s Smart Lens technology.
