Park Hyatt Seoul announced on the 10th that it has launched the 'Strawberry Afternoon Tea Set' on the 24th floor at The Lounge, where guests can enjoy sweet seasonal strawberries in various ways. A selection of organic flower & herb blended teas or coffee, and a glass of sparkling wine are served with the desserts.


This promotion runs daily from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM until April 2nd. It is available for 2 hours from the reserved time.


The three-tier tray includes fresh seasonal fruits including strawberries, and homemade scones. Signature items include strawberry chouquettes filled with strawberry compote and mascarpone cream cheese, strawberry earl grey mousse topped with snowflake-shaped earl grey tuile evoking a winter feeling, strawberry vanilla verrine harmonizing salted caramel, vanilla, and strawberry flavors, strawberry & lemon verbena cheesecake topped with strawberries and infused with lemon verbena aroma, and strawberry yogurt chocolate featuring yogurt mousse with raspberry compote and yogurt crunch.


A pass-around item is also offered, where strawberries decorated with chocolate are served directly at the table in a jewelry box. A simple savory menu is prepared to enhance the enjoyment of the desserts.


The welcome sparkling wine can be chosen as either non-alcoholic or alcoholic according to preference. Special teas include organic flower & herb blended teas such as strawberry hibiscus, quince calendula, and citrus marigold.
