Gochang-gun Launches Visit Year Promotion Supporters... Promoting Cultural Events

[Gochang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jaegil] On the 10th, Jeonbuk Gochang-gun announced that on the 9th, it held a launching ceremony for promotional supporters who will deliver various local information and vivid news in celebration of the ‘2023 World Heritage City Gochang Visit Year’ at the situation room on the 2nd floor of the county office.

At the launching ceremony, appointment letters were awarded and the roles and operational directions of the supporters were explained.

The supporters will serve as a bridge connecting the entire nation and the county as a promotional group of the county, engaging in SNS promotion related to various events, festivals, and celebrations, as well as on-site promotional activities in celebration of this year’s Gochang Visit Year.

One supporter who participated in the launching ceremony said, “With the mindset that everyone is an ambassador for Gochang-gun, I will do my best to interestingly convey the hidden charms of Gochang.”

County Governor Shim Deokseop said, “I hope that the festivals, cultural events, and activities held in celebration of the 2023 World Heritage City Gochang Visit Year will be well connected with fresh ideas and rich emotions to deliver the beauty of Gochang to every corner of the country.”

Meanwhile, the county selected a total of 32 supporters nationwide from Seoul to Jeju through an open recruitment held from December 21 to 27 last year.
