At the Seoul headquarters, experienced employees are being recruited for eight positions: fund management, taxation, accounting, internal accounting, internal audit, CP, legal affairs, and ESG environment. The Safety and Health Planning Department is hiring new employees.

At the Daejeon training center, experienced employees for corporate education are being recruited. The Busan plant is recruiting experienced employees for research positions in color research. The Incheon plant is selecting experienced employees in three fields: logistics, quality, and health. The Dangjin plant is hiring experienced employees in two areas: HR/labor and safety. The Pohang plant is targeting experienced employees for logistics positions.

Applications and online personality tests are conducted simultaneously, and interviews are held in one day. Dongkuk Steel conducts in-depth interviews and aptitude tests all in one day to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and for the convenience of applicants.
