Hotel Shilla is presenting Lunar New Year gift sets focused on "premium" and "health" to celebrate the holiday.

On the 9th, Hotel Shilla announced that it will offer rare ingredients such as Korean beef, dried yellow corvina, black ginseng, honey, and natural pine mushrooms for Lunar New Year.

'A Rich Black Ginseng Root' is made by soaking black ginseng in a natural sweetener blend. The blend, composed of honey and oligosaccharides, is crafted in an optimal ratio to preserve the texture of black ginseng, reducing bitterness and maximizing a smooth texture. 'Black Ginseng Jam' is made by grinding and concentrating black ginseng in honey and oligosaccharides. This eco-friendly product contains no synthetic additives and can be used in various dishes such as bread and salads.

The natural honey blend 'Wang Yujeong' is a product developed exclusively for Shilla Hotel, combining 40 years of beekeeping expertise from 'Ansanggyu Honey.' 'Ansanggyu Honey' won the grand prize at the World Beekeeping Competition held every two years in 2015, making it the only Korean brand to have ever received this award. 'Wang Yujeong' is made by adding over ten types of medicinal herbs, including royal jelly, propolis, pollen, red ginseng, deer antler, and agarwood. The moisture content of the honey in Wang Yujeong is significantly lower than that of regular honey, providing a distinctive texture.

Additionally, Shilla Hotel has prepared a total of 42 gift sets featuring Korean beef, a bestseller for Lunar New Year gifts. The 'Seolhwa Korean Beef Special' is composed only of 1++ grade beef with the highest marbling scores, and the quantity available is limited. The 'Seolhwa Korean Beef Special' includes tenderloin and sirloin to enjoy the original taste and flavor of Korean beef, juicy ribeye, and ribs carefully selected from cuts 4 to 7, which contain the most lean meat.
