[Weather] Cloudy Nationwide with Snow and Rain on the 9th... Fine Dust 'Bad'

On Monday the 9th, the whole country will be cloudy with rain or snow in some areas, gradually clearing up from midday.

Fine dust levels are expected to remain high in most central regions and some southwestern areas. The Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon Yeongseo, Sejong, Chungbuk, Chungnam, and Honam regions are forecasted to have 'bad' air quality, while other regions are expected to be at 'normal' levels. Daegu and Gyeongbuk are expected to experience temporarily 'bad' air quality at night.

Morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -3 and 6 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs between 4 and 14 degrees Celsius. In northeastern Gyeonggi and Gangwon Yeongseo, less than 1 cm of snow or less than 1 mm of rain is expected briefly at dawn. Southeastern Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, eastern Jeonbuk, and western Gyeongbuk are forecasted to have rain or snow from dawn to morning, and Jeju Island may experience rain or snow in some areas in the afternoon. Expected precipitation (snowfall) amounts are less than 0.1 mm (0.1 cm).

Less than 5 mm of rain is expected at night along the southern Gangwon east coast and northern Gyeongbuk east coast. Dense fog with visibility under 200 meters is expected in the central west coast and northern inland Chungcheong, and fog with visibility under 1 km may occur in other inland areas.
