For the recent ‘IOSA ISM 14th Edition’ certification, Jeju Air underwent an evaluation of 934 assessment items across eight areas including flight operations, flight management, maintenance, cabin, transportation, cargo, and aviation security from August 22 to 26, 2022, conducted by a professional audit organization.
A Jeju Air official stated, "The ‘IOSA ISM 14th Edition’ certification means that Jeju Air has established and secured a reliable aviation safety management system that meets international standards," adding, "We will do our best to build and operate a safe flight system that customers can trust through continuous safety investments and system improvements."
