Inzi Controls Decides on Debt Guarantee of 30.8 Billion KRW for Subsidiary

[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Inzi Controls announced on the 5th that it has decided to provide a debt guarantee worth 30,876,350,000 KRW to its subsidiary Inzi Controls Hungary. The debt guarantee amount corresponds to 15.71% of its equity capital. The debt guarantee period is from January 5, 2023, to January 5, 2031.
