Lotte Mart announced on the 5th that it will launch the ‘Lotte Mart & Max Card’ in collaboration with Lotte Card to alleviate the burden on consumers' shopping baskets.

This card offers up to a 10% monthly discount based on the previous month's spending when used at Lotte Mart, Max offline stores, and the Lotte Mart Mall within Lotte ON. If the usage amount last month was less than 500,000 KRW, users can get a discount on change under 1,000 KRW once per day, up to 5 times a month (4,995 KRW monthly). For spending between 500,000 KRW and less than 1,000,000 KRW, a 5% discount is applied (5,000 KRW daily, 15,000 KRW monthly), and for 1,000,000 KRW or more, a 10% discount is given (10,000 KRW daily, 30,000 KRW monthly). The same benefits apply at Lotte Mart’s signature stores, Zeta Plex, and the toy specialty store Toys "R" Us.

In five major lifestyle sectors including hospitals, pharmacies, veterinary clinics, gas stations, transportation, mobile communications, and video/music streaming services, users can receive up to a 5% monthly discount (up to 25,000 KRW monthly) based on the previous month’s spending. For apartment management fee payments, a fixed discount of 2,000 KRW per month is provided regardless of the previous month’s spending.

To celebrate the launch of this card, a promotion offering an additional discount limit of up to 20,000 KRW is underway. Customers who issue the card by the end of this year will receive an additional 10,000 KRW or 20,000 KRW added to their monthly discount limits of 15,000 KRW and 30,000 KRW respectively for last month’s spending between 500,000 KRW and less than 1,000,000 KRW, and 1,000,000 KRW or more, raising the monthly discount benefits to 25,000 KRW and 50,000 KRW. Regardless of last month’s spending, a 2-3 month interest-free installment plan is also offered for purchases of 50,000 KRW or more.
