[Special Stock] HYBE Rises Over 5% on NewJeans Comeback

[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Jae-hee] HYBE's stock price is showing strong performance in the early trading session. This is interpreted as a result of the comeback news of the girl group NewJeans.

As of 10:04 PM on the 3rd, HYBE is trading at 179,500 KRW on the KOSPI market, up 5.90% compared to the previous trading day.

During the session, it rose as much as 7.37% before giving back some of the gains.

The stock price was driven by the comeback of the girl group NewJeans. HYBE is the parent company of ADOR, NewJeans' agency.

The day before, NewJeans released their new song "OMG" and set a record by selling over 480,000 copies on the first day, topping the daily album chart on the same day.
