Tomorrow's Weather: Seoul Morning -9°C... Nationwide Severe Cold Spell On the 18th, amid a severe cold wave, an official at the Northern Metropolitan Waterworks Office in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, is organizing frozen water meters. Seoul City has issued the 'Warning' level for water meter freezing for the first time this winter. The 'Warning' level corresponds to the third stage in the four-stage water meter freezing forecast system: 'Interest - Caution - Warning - Serious.' It is issued when the daily minimum temperature remains below minus 10 degrees Celsius for two or more consecutive days. Photo by Hyunmin Kim kimhyun81@

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] On Tuesday, the 3rd, the whole country will be mostly clear, with occasional clouds in the Chungnam region, Jeolla region, and Jeju Island.

There may be light snow less than 0.1 cm in the morning on the western coast of Jeolla and the mountainous areas of Jeju Island. Morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -18 and -2 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs between -3 and 7 degrees Celsius.

Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.

Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are expected to be 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea and South Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea.
