[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Kwon Won-gang, chairman of Kyochon F&B, said on the 2nd, "We will make 2023 the second founding year and make Kyochon grow again so that everyone's hearts will beat again."

Chairman Kwon delivered this New Year's message at the opening ceremony held at the main auditorium of Kyochon F&B headquarters in Osan-si, Gyeonggi-do.

Chairman Kwon said, "Our business has faced continuous crises due to unstable economic conditions such as global inflation, tightening, and interest rate hikes," and added, "We will work together with the Kyochon family to overcome these crises."

He continued, "The company will do its best to create and support a free organizational culture where your creative ideas and innovative attitudes can be expressed and contribute to mutual growth," and "all those who are with Kyochon will grow together, including increasing franchise store profits, fair trade with partner companies, and the individual development of group company employees."

He emphasized, "The value of coexistence is Kyochon's greatest strength," and said, "We will practice true coexistence for the mutual growth of the entire Kyochon family rather than personal gain."
