Kim Jin-guk, CEO of Norangpungseon, emphasized on the 2nd that "2023 is an important time for all employees who have passed through a long tunnel to demonstrate wisdom like a rabbit and make another leap forward."
At the New Year's meeting held at the Norangpungseon headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul, on the morning of the same day, CEO Kim said, "It should be the first year to lay the foundation to become a company that does not waver even if the same crisis comes again."
He also added, "As the proverb 'A clever rabbit digs three burrows,' which well reflects the rabbit's habit of avoiding or overcoming crises with outstanding wisdom, it is time to be more sensitive than ever to changes in the economic situation and market environment and to consider countermeasures accordingly. Norangpungseon, as a direct sales travel agency, must make the most of its advantage of directly hearing customers' voices and quickly reflecting them to deliver impressive service to customers."
The opening ceremony was held with the attendance of Chairman Ko Jae-kyung, Choi Myung-il, CEO Kim Jin-guk, and other executives and employees, where the management goals for 2023 were announced and pledges for a successful year were made.
Meanwhile, Norangpungseon has set this year's management slogan as "Norangpungseon Rebounding through Change and Innovation." Taking this opportunity, the company plans to pursue differentiated business strategies to enhance corporate value and firmly establish the foundation to become a leading company in the travel market.
