Harucheonja is the practice of writing 1,000 characters daily by hand on paper, using materials such as classics, novels, world history, famous speeches, and columns. Writing 1,000 characters daily sharpens the brain. Handwriting also helps prevent digital dementia. It is beneficial for people of all ages to practice daily, and consistent practice at least three times a week can yield results. The newsletter also provides various content for transcription and handwriting lessons along with other useful information.

In the first issue of the 'Harumanbo Harucheonja' newsletter published on the 2nd, an interview with Dr. Oh Han-jin was featured, and Namsan was chosen as the first walking course of the new year. It is recommended to climb Namsan during lunch break or before or after work on the first business day of the new year to set your resolutions. Even without reaching the summit, walking along the trail allows reflection on the past year and a mindset to start anew with a fresh spirit for the new year. The 'Harucheonja' section included the poem 'Garden' by poet Kim Sang-yong, known for the line 'I will open a window to the south.' Additionally, it contained exercises and tips for indoor and outdoor workouts to lose the stubborn winter fat.
