[Asia Economy Reporter No Woo-rae] Go Kyung-min will continue his beautiful acts of kindness for the second consecutive year.
On the 8th, he will hold a charity golf event at the Backyard Golf Practice Range in Pangyo, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do. The event will feature various programs including golf equipment sales, golf games (putting, approach shots, etc.), and golf consultation sessions. Go Kyung-min said, "Since 2020, I have been happy to contribute to society through donations, even if just a little. I want to continue doing meaningful work in the future. I want to be an influential person who can be a source of strength for someone."
All proceeds and unsold items will be donated to those in need. Applications can be made via the KakaoTalk open chat room (KLPGA Go Kyung-min) or Go Kyung-min’s Instagram direct messages. Participants pay a fee of 100,000 KRW and receive prizes worth approximately 500,000 KRW. There will also be an on-site event with additional prizes worth about 600,000 KRW.
Go Kyung-min participated in the ‘Warm Meal’ campaign supporting domestic children facing food insecurity by donating funds raised through an auction of his cherished items. The auction, held via Instagram Live, lasted about five hours. This year, Go Kyung-min will continue his activities as a golf artist, including appearances on JTBC Golf’s ‘Live Lesson 70’ broadcast, serving as the main model for Volvik Golfwear, and producing content on YouTube.
