Coffee Evanhada was selected as the top brand with a final score of 5.54 out of an overall expectation score of 5.59 based on a nationwide consumer survey. It showed leading performance in areas such as consumer expectations and brand satisfaction.
Coffee Evanhada's unmanned cafes (Smart Cafes) feature a self-developed robot barista. Starting with the flagship store in Samseong-dong, Seoul, it has opened more than 120 stores as of this month, showing growth in the unmanned cafe market.
The Smart Cafes were highly evaluated for providing systems that allow franchise owners to operate efficiently, including △automatic ordering solutions △24-hour control centers △motion detection analysis CCTV.
