To all members of the KPGA family, Happy New Year.

Thanks to the dedication of KPGA members over the past year and the great support from sponsors, partners, media, and other stakeholders in the golf industry, as well as the love from fans, KPGA was able to take a step forward.

We have completely overcome the KPGA crisis theory that lasted for more than ten years, and I am confident that 2023 will be the year KPGA welcomes its second renaissance.

This year, we will sign a new broadcasting rights contract. We will achieve a successful broadcasting rights contract that will be remembered in KPGA history. Through a reasonable contract, we will strengthen the competitiveness of the tour, invest to enhance KPGA members' rights, and contribute to expanding the base of golf. As we enter into a new broadcasting rights contract, we will also devote all our efforts to providing high-quality broadcasting services consistently to sponsors, partners, and fans.

We will also make thorough preparations to ensure that the 2023 season proceeds as the largest season ever. We will continuously expand the scale and value of each tour to help improve the performance and motivation of players competing on the tour.

We will further solidify cooperative relationships with overseas tours. We will focus on discovering routes for players active in domestic tours to advance to bigger stages, and continue exchanges in several key business areas, concentrating our efforts on strengthening the global competitiveness of the KPGA brand.

Additionally, KPGA members will be at the center of efforts to instill the perception of golf as a national sport among the public, and we will spare no support to strengthen members' capabilities. Currently, KPGA members are generously demonstrating their talents as experts in various fields within the Korean golf industry.

We plan to operate the KPGA Academy, an online and offline education platform for members, introducing specialized education systems and programs to foster leaders. We will also host various tournaments and events such as the Am-Pro Open, Junior League, and Junior Championships, where KPGA members can participate with a sense of ownership, as well as nurture various contents centered on KPGA and its members.

Finally, through building a digital platform based on data that connects sponsors, partners, fans, players, and media as one, we will enable integrated KPGA marketing to be fully implemented.

Moreover, we will make every effort to establish a virtuous cycle structure for KPGA's sustainable growth and to develop self-reliance that can flexibly respond to rapid environmental changes and uncertainties both internally and externally.

The year 2023, the Year of the Black Rabbit, symbolizes diligence and wisdom according to tradition. Throughout this year, all KPGA executives and staff, including myself, will move forward more diligently and wisely than ever with greater determination and passion toward the forthcoming glory of KPGA.

I wish all KPGA family members a joyful and happy year.
