[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] On the 29th, to comfort the underprivileged in the district who are enduring a harsh winter due to COVID-19 and the cold wave, Lee Sang-ik, Hampyeong County Governor, and county staff personally visited the homes of elderly living alone and delivered daily necessities such as bedding sets, rice, and ramen.

They also took time to check on the well-being of the elderly living alone and directly listen to their difficulties and voices from the field.

Governor Lee Sang-ik said, “In the new year of the Year of the Black Rabbit, we will do our best to establish a meticulous welfare safety net to ensure that neighbors in need around us are not neglected or left behind.”
