The Yeongyang-gun Forestry Cooperative was established in 1962 and has been striving to be a key player in forestry development by providing forestry technology guidance and long-term low-interest loans for forestry policy funds to members and forest owners, as well as prioritizing household funds for members. In addition to donating 10 million won this time for local students, it has donated 10 million won annually for the past seven years and is doing its best to fulfill its role as a financial institution that coexists with the local community through volunteer work for marginalized groups and various social contribution activities.
