Meritz Securities Launches 'Super 365 Account'... Benefits Include Parking Interest and Lowest Fees

[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] Meritz Securities announced on the 27th that it has launched the ‘Super 365 Account,’ which combines the bank’s ‘parking account’ function with industry-lowest level fee benefits.

The Super 365 Account is a comprehensive asset management account that allows trading of various financial investment products such as domestic and international stocks, funds, and bonds at the lowest fees in the domestic market, including the ‘RP Auto Investment Service,’ which provides daily compound interest income on held cash even without making investments.

The RP Auto Investment Service is the industry’s first service that automatically invests the cash held in the Super 365 Account once a day at a designated time on each business day and automatically sells it the next day, enabling daily compound investment. Bank savings accounts or securities CMA accounts only pay interest after a certain period or upon withdrawal request. Meritz Securities’ ‘Super 365 Account’ automatically provides daily compound interest income on held cash without a separate application. It can be used without any amount limit in both Korean won and US dollars.

The Super 365 Account also offers transaction fees set at the industry’s lowest level. By removing subscription requirements and integrating complex benefits into a single account, all customers can enjoy industry-lowest fee benefits regardless of the subscription time. Online fees are 0.009% for domestic stocks, 0.07% for overseas stocks (United States, China, Japan, Hong Kong), and 0.015% for bonds. Additionally, preferential foreign exchange fee discounts of 90% for the US and 80% for China, Hong Kong, and Japan are applied.
