[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] GS Construction announced on the 26th that 'Namcheon Xi' in Namcheon-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan, will begin first-priority subscription on the 27th.

This complex, located at 148-22 Namcheon-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan, is a reconstruction of Samik Tower. It consists of 7 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 36 above-ground floors, with a total of 913 households. Among them, 116 households will be available for general sale.

The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 26th, followed by first-priority subscription on the 27th, and second-priority subscription on the 28th. The announcement of successful applicants is scheduled for January 3rd next year.

First-priority subscription is available to anyone aged 19 or older who has held a subscription savings account for more than 6 months and meets the regional deposit amount requirements in Busan, Ulsan, or Gyeongnam. Regardless of the number of houses owned, first-priority subscription is possible, but in case of competition, those who have continuously resided in Busan for more than one year will be given priority.

This complex is close to Namcheon Station on Subway Line 2, and there is a bus stop right in front of the complex, making public transportation convenient. Access to downtown Busan is also easy via Suyeong-ro and Gwangandaegyo Bridge.

Most households are designed with a 4-bay plate-type layout, and community facilities will include a golf practice range, putting green, lounge, fitness center, and sauna facilities.

Meanwhile, Namcheon Xi is scheduled for move-in at the end of January next year. The contract payment requires a fixed amount of 30 million KRW for the first installment, with the balance to be paid within 30 days, and the remaining balance can be paid by June 26th next year.
