There is a controversy over claims that a specific vehicle has occupied a portion of the underground parking lot in an apartment complex for several years. According to the post, the problematic car owner alternates between two vehicles, occupying the same spot for an extended period each time. The author explains that this seems to be to protect their vehicles from contaminants.
The author added, "(Since it is an old apartment) rust or paint powder often falls from the parking lot ceiling, but the spot monopolized by the problematic car owner is in good condition, with no rust or paint powder falling."
The author said, "I am well aware that there is no clear solution to the parking spot squatting issue, but I hope people do not engage in behavior that causes others to frown just for their own convenience. This is a matter of conscience."
