According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 2,932 households (excluding Happy Housing) across six locations nationwide will accept subscription applications in the fourth week of December.
Next week, two complexes will be adjacent in Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi Province. On the 27th, first-priority subscriptions will be accepted for 'Hoban Summit Grand Avenue' in the Gwangmyeong-dong area of Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi Province. It consists of 11 buildings from three basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 84㎡, and 493 out of a total of 1,051 households will be sold to the general public.
On the same day, first-priority subscriptions will be accepted for 'Cheolsan Xi The Heritage,' being constructed in the Cheolsan-dong area of Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi Province. It consists of 23 buildings from three basement floors to 40 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 134㎡, and 1,631 out of a total of 3,804 households will be sold to the general public.
Additionally, on the same day, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted for 'The One Lumiere' (110 households) in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province.
In the provinces, complexes supplied by mid-sized construction companies will open for subscription. First-priority subscription applications will be accepted for 'Villiv Riverant' (311 households) in Nam-gu, Ulsan, and 'Gangneung Gyodong Kumho Eoullim Olympic Park' (346 households) in Gangneung-si, Gangwon Province.
Winner announcements will be made for 11 locations, and official contracts will be conducted at 17 locations.
