Gijang-gun, Residents of Jeonggwan Dongwon Royal Duke 1st Apartment Donate All Proceeds from 'Halloween & Flea Market' Event Residents of Janggun-gun Jeonggwan Dongwon Royal Duke 1st Apartment delivering donations to Jeonggwan-eup.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Dongguk Lee] On the 23rd, the Jeonggwan-eup Administrative Welfare Center in Gijang-gun, Busan, announced that it had donated 1 million won in cash to support the vulnerable groups in Jeonggwan-eup at the Jeonggwan Dongwon Royal Duke 1st Apartment within its jurisdiction.


The Jeonggwan Dongwon Royal Duke 1st Apartment held a "Halloween & Flea Market with Residents" event on October 29, hosted by the Dalsannuri Small Library of the Youth Association, and donated the proceeds from this event, combined with funds from the Women's Association, to the Jeonggwan-eup Administrative Welfare Center.


This event was carried out with the unity of all apartment residents, supported by the prize money from the Jeonggwan-eup Residents' Sports Competition, the Apartment Residents' Association, the Election Committee, the Senior Citizens' Association, the Women's Association, and the community leaders, making it even more meaningful as all the proceeds were donated entirely to vulnerable groups within the jurisdiction.


Kim Taehyun, the representative of the residents, said, "This event was a meaningful occasion where all residents gathered in harmony for the first time in a long while since the COVID-19 pandemic," and added, "I hope the sincerity of the residents who participated in the event will be well used to help the vulnerable groups."


Kim Jongcheon, the head of Jeonggwan-eup, said, "We are grateful to the residents of Jeonggwan Dongwon Royal Duke 1st Apartment who thought of the local community first," and added, "Following the residents' opinion to practice sharing with the precious proceeds, we will ensure that this warm heart is well delivered to the vulnerable groups within the jurisdiction."
