Barugesalgi Movement Yeongyang-gun Council donated funds to the Hope 2023 Sharing Campaign.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Gwi-yeol] The Barugesalgi Movement Yeongyang County Council visited Yeongyang County Office on the 22nd and donated 2 million won in neighborly aid funds for low-income marginalized groups, participating in the 'Hope 2023 Sharing Campaign.'

At the donation ceremony, Chairman Ahn Hyung-wook said, "Although it is a small sincerity from our members, I hope it will help marginalized neighbors who have become more difficult due to COVID-19 and the economic recession," and added, "We will continue to be an organization that shares warmth and takes action with the local neighbors in need."

Yeongyang County Governor Oh Do-chang said, "I deeply appreciate your warm support for the marginalized groups in the region who are enduring a difficult winter due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, and we will do our best to restore daily life and overcome livelihoods."

The donated funds will be delivered to neighbors in need within the county through the Gyeongbuk Community Chest of Korea.
