Shinsegae Construction will conduct special supply subscription applications for ‘Billiv Riverent’ on the 26th (Monday) through the Korea Real Estate Board’s subscription homepage.
‘Billiv Riverent,’ unveiled on the 16th, has been receiving positive responses from consumers since the model house opened.
In particular, despite being a weekday, customers eager to visit the model house waited in advance on the first day of opening, and inside the model house, visitors continued to come for detailed consultations regarding subscriptions and contracts.
According to industry insiders, the reason for the concentrated interest in ‘Billiv Riverent’ is because it combines ▲excellent product quality of a brand apartment ▲reasonable sale price ▲prime location ▲and a pleasant natural environment.
Customers who visited the model house expressed high satisfaction with the product. All units are primarily oriented south to maximize natural lighting and ventilation, and a 4Bay slab-type layout, which is highly preferred by consumers, has been applied. The living rooms and kitchens of all units are equipped free of charge with coffered ceilings and large art walls, which is expected to have the effect of lowering the sale price.
Additionally, the building is constructed with a flat slab structure that is superior in preventing noise between floors compared to wall-type structures, and a 250mm thick floor slab, 40mm thicker than conventional apartments, is applied. Community facilities such as a fitness center, golf practice range, and book & caf? lounge will also be provided within the complex.

The eligibility for 1st priority subscription requires applicants to be 19 years or older, residing in Ulsan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, or Gyeongsangnam-do as of the announcement date of the resident recruitment, having a subscription savings account for more than 6 months, and meeting the deposit requirements by region and area. Regardless of home ownership, either the head of household or household members can apply as 1st priority. In case of competition, priority will be given to those who have resided in Ulsan for more than one year.
