Hoban Group is conducting integrated recruitment under the slogan "Hoban moves toward a better future with you." Despite negative economic forecasts, the group aims to proactively secure outstanding talent through large-scale hiring to lay the foundation for sustainable growth.

The 2023 new employee recruitment will be conducted across affiliates including Hoban Construction, Hoban Industry, Hoban TBM, Daehan Electric Wire, Hoban Hotel & Resort, and Hoban Golf, with a hiring scale of over 100 people. The recruitment fields include ▲Technology (architecture, civil engineering, safety, design) ▲Business (development projects, sales management) ▲Management Support (finance, IT, outsourcing management, open innovation, accounting management, purchasing, logistics, HR & general affairs) ▲R&D (research and development in power, marine power, materials, diagnostic technology, research planning) ▲Production & Technology (partial discharge diagnosis, engineering, construction, equipment technology & design, communication technology & design, production management, quality assurance & control, facility management, environmental management) ▲Sales & Marketing (domestic sales, overseas sales) ▲Food & Beverage, cooking, etc.

In particular, this recruitment integrates common roles across all Hoban Group affiliates, such as strategic planning and business planning, under the category of "Group Common Roles." Applicants can select their top 1 to 3 preferred affiliates, and after document screening, interviews will be conducted at the most suitable affiliate.

The recruitment process will proceed in the order of document screening, AI competency test (limited to certain roles at Hoban Construction, Hoban Industry, Hoban TBM, and Hoban Hotel & Resort), interviews, employment health check, and final acceptance.
