[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Byung-don] UNID announced on the 15th that its subsidiary (UNID Chemical) will invest approximately 72.5 billion KRW in a Chinese potassium carbonate production and sales company (UNID New Materials).
After the investment, the shareholding ratio will be 90%.
UNID stated that the purpose of this investment is "to respond to changes in the business environment in China."
